We strive for perfection, but we understand that issues can arise.

  • Custom Orders: Since most of our sportswear (soccer kits, American football jerseys, etc.) is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or there is a manufacturing error.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide photos/videos of the defect to info@jabeenpak.com.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are only permitted if the wrong size or design was sent by our team. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
